— Area Sales Manager (ASM) Position: Area Sales Manager — uPVC Profiles (SBM Gold, Auresta) Territory: VARANASI (EASTERN UP) , BERAHAMPORE
- ASANSOL, GUWAHATI, PATNA Reports to: Director — Sales Role Grow SBM profile sales in the area by getting our distributors to sell to smaller fabricators, and by helping fabricators sell more windows. Responsibilities
- Visit distributors weekly; check stock, orders and which fabricators buy from them.
- Find and visit small fabricators daily; route their orders to our nearest distributor and follow up till billed and paid.
- Win fabricators from other brands.
- Help fabricators sell windows: train mistris, help with window quotes, pass on builder and project leads.
- Run SBM's coupon and trip schemes; register genuine fabricators and mistris.




- Report competitor rates and schemes; daily visit log and weekly sales report.
- Never quote below the approved rate without Director's approval. Targets Monthly tonnes in the area, current active fabricators, and distributor collections — numbers to be set. Requirements
- 3–7 years of dealer/distributor sales in building materials (uPVC, aluminium, pipes, hardware or similar).
- Knows local fabricators and contractors — a plus.
- Hindi and the local language; smartphone and WhatsApp reporting.
- Own two-wheeler; ready to travel 20–25 days a month. Pay: ₹16,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
