Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager ( Showroom) to manage showroom sales operations, drive sales targets and lead the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets. Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and showroom targets. Generate leads and ensure regular follow-up for bookings and sales conversion.



Handle customer enquiries and understand their vehicle requirements. Drive test rides, bookings and vehicle sales. Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience. Monitor sales performance, leads, bookings and conversion ratios. Coordinate with finance, insurance, service and other departments for smooth vehicle deliveries. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
