Key Requirements
- Proven experience in business management, leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Solid understanding of business finance, financial modelling and company valuation.
- Practical experience with fundraising procedures, investor relations and capital structuring.
- Ability to develop business strategies, drive growth and manage operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial and execution-driven mindset.
