Telecaller Job Summary We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller for Sales & Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company services, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided data.
- Explain company services and understand customer requirements.
- Generate leads and identify interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Schedule appointments with interested customers.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for scheduled appointments. Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, email, and WhatsApp.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, polite, and skilled telephone manner.
- Knowledge of finance or financial services will be an advantage. Pay: ₹12,000.00
- ₹15,000.00 per month
