– CMM Operator Position: CMM Operator (Coordinate Measuring Machine Operator) Number of Vacancies: 01

Location:
Bhosari, Pune Job Summary We are looking for a skilled CMM Operator to perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). The candidate should have knowledge of measurement techniques, engineering drawings, GD&T;, and quality inspection procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CMM machines for dimensional inspection of components.
- Perform measurement and inspection as per engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; symbols.
- Prepare and maintain CMM inspection reports.
- Check component dimensions, tolerances, and geometric accuracy.
- Identify deviations and report quality issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve inspection issues.




- Maintain inspection records and follow quality standards. Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in operating CMM machines.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of dimensional measurement and inspection.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
- Knowledge of CMM software such as PC-DMIS / CALYPSO / MCOSMOS.
- Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures. Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
