Looking for candidates from VASCO/MARGAO/MAPUSA/PANJIM Main responsibility: Give every member excellent service and convert enquiries and follow-ups into paid memberships. 1. Welcome Members & Visitors Greet everyone politely, attend to them promptly and maintain a skilled counter. 2. Handle Enquiries Explain membership plans, current offers, facilities and studio rules clearly. Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries promptly. 3. Show the Facility Take prospective members around the studio and explain the benefits of joining. 4. Close Membership Sales Understand the customer’s fitness goals, recommend a suitable plan and confidently ask for the booking or payment. 5. Follow Up Daily Call new enquiries, pending prospects, inactive members and expired memberships. Record every follow-up and its outcome. 6. Secure Renewals Contact members before their membership expires and encourage timely renewal. 7. Achieve Income Targets Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Review pending leads and take action to close sales. 8.



Collect Payments & Issue Receipts Check membership details, collect the correct payment and issue an official receipt immediately. Send payment proof and receipt details to Head Office as required. 9. Maintain Accurate Records Update enquiry records, membership forms, payment details, renewal dates and the member database. 10. Screen Members Check that every person entering for a workout has a valid membership. Refer any issue to management immediately. 11. Follow Company Policies Offer only approved rates and schemes. Any request for discounts, adjustments, postponements, transfers or future start dates must go to Head Office. 12. Maintain Counter-Discipline & Reporting Remain at the counter during duty except for approved breaks or assigned work. Answer management calls immediately and submit attendance, enquiry, sales and income reports on time. Pay: ₹25,000.00
