Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic Odia and Indian dishes.
- Cook simple, homestyle food with less oil and authentic spicy Odia flavours.
- Prepare meals for group bookings, picnics, and resort guests.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently. Candidate

Requirements:

- Experience in Odia cooking is preferred.
- Ability to prepare meals for groups of 30–50 guests.
- Knowledge of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Odia cuisine.




- Passion for traditional cooking and local flavours.
- Ability to work in a resort environment. Work

Salary:
