Role & responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions.
- Build custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure system stability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members. Preferred candidate profile
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, JavaScript, and Workflow/Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow CSA/Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
