About ExpertConnect ExpertConnect (expertconnect.in) is a global platform that connects organisations with experienced experts for remote project work and consultations. Experts are vetted before they join, and engagements are flexible, from a single advisory call to a few months of hands-on work. We are a small, founder-led team, starting with enterprise IT and expanding into healthcare, financial services and other sectors.

About the role
You will build ExpertConnect's content and community presence. You will turn expert knowledge into clear articles and posts, publish them on our website and on LinkedIn, Reddit and other platforms, respond to the conversation that follows, and bring readers back to ExpertConnect. You will also help experts finish onboarding and publish their own articles. You will work directly with a founder, with clear weekly goals. This is a part-time role of about 20 to 25 hours a week. What you will do
- Content: edit expert article drafts into explicit, accurate, publishable pieces, keeping client and personal details out; keep a content calendar; turn each article into posts and short explainers.
- Distribution: publish on our LinkedIn page and on other platforms such as Reddit, X and relevant professional communities, adapting each piece to the platform.
- Community: respond to comments, questions and messages within a day. Take part in online communities openly and helpfully, following each community's rules, and flag anything that needs an expert.
- Growth: use tracked links to see which posts and platforms bring visitors, and send a short weekly report with numbers and what to do more or less of.
- Expert onboarding:



follow up politely with experts who have not finished their profile, rates or assessment, and speak with senior professionals when needed. What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B content, social media or community management, or at an expert network or research firm.
- Excellent written English. You can write a sharp LinkedIn post and edit a 600-word article.
- Real familiarity with LinkedIn and Reddit-style communities. You understand that communities dislike promotion, and you contribute helpfully and openly.
- Comfortable communicating with senior professionals.
- Curious across industries. You don't need to be an expert in IT, healthcare or financial services, but you pick up each field's vocabulary quickly.
- Good with AI writing and research tools while keeping the facts right.
- Organised, with spreadsheet and basic analytics habits.
- Discreet with people's information.
- Available for about 20 to 25 hours a week, with some overlap with European or US hours would be great. Nice to have: SEO basics, simple design tools such as Canva, published writing samples.
