– CNC & VMC Maintenance Engineer Position: CNC & VMC Maintenance Technician / Engineer Number of Vacancies: 01

Location:
Bhosari , PuneDepartment: Maintenance Job Summary We are looking for an experienced CNC & VMC Maintenance professional responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC and VMC machines to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Diagnose machine faults and take corrective actions.
- Maintain machine tools, spindles, ball screws, guideways, and lubrication systems.
- Handle electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.




- Coordinate with production teams to ensure machine availability.
- Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards. Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Understanding of CNC controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi).
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve machine breakdowns.
- Valuable problem-solving and technical skills. Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
