Role Description The Executive Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing complex client projects from initiation through completion. This role includes planning project scope, timelines, and resources; coordinating cross-functional teams; and managing communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. The Executive Project Manager will monitor progress, address risks and issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations. Day-to-day tasks involve organizing project documentation, leading status meetings, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement across expediting, inspection, and logistics processes.



The role also requires building strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance overall project performance. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills, with experience tracking orders, accelerating deliverables, and resolving delays.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills, such as coordinating quality checks, reviewing compliance documentation, and ensuring standards are met.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills, including scheduling, shipment coordination, and supply chain communication.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in a remote setting, preferably in consulting, operations, or professional services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
