Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Employment Type: Full-time JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations, ensure the safe dispensing of medications, maintain accurate inventory records, and support healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispense medications accurately according to valid prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure the appropriate dispensing of medicines.
- Maintain proper stock levels and monitor medicine expiry dates.
- Manage medicine procurement, storage, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing, stock movement, and controlled medicines, where applicable.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication availability and queries.
- Educate patients and caregivers about medication usage, dosage, storage, and precautions when appropriate.




- Monitor medication storage conditions and ensure proper handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Support pharmacy audits and maintain cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy.
- Report medication errors, discrepancies, and stock-related issues promptly. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Pharm or D.
Pharm from a recognised institution.
- Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council registration, as applicable to the role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous hospital or clinical pharmacy experience will be an advantage. REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and prescription interpretation.
- Inventory management and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy management software.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Professional ethics, confidentiality, and a patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hospital environment.
