Role Description This is a full time, on-site Fashion Designer cum Graphic Designer role based in Noida. The role involves conceptualizing and designing kidswear collections, including garments, prints, and graphics that align with the brand’s vision and current fashion trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating sketches, CAD designs, and tech packs; selecting fabrics, trims, and color palettes; and coordinating fittings to ensure accurate sizing and comfortable wear. The designer will develop placement prints, all-over patterns, and character-based graphics suitable for infants, toddlers, and junior kids,



while collaborating with production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution. The role also requires staying updated on kidswear market trends, contributing ideas for new product lines, and maintaining consistent brand identity across all visual assets. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, with experience in designing kidswear collections and creating detailed sketches and CADs.
- Knowledge of Textiles and Fitting to select appropriate fabrics, ensure accurate sizing, and deliver comfortable, child-friendly garments.
- Proficiency in Embroidery design, placement, and coordination with prints and trims to enhance garment aesthetics.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) for developing prints, patterns, and character graphics.
- Ability to translate concepts and trends into commercially viable designs, with a strong eye for color, composition, and detail.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work closely with sampling, production, and merchandising teams.
- Relevant qualification in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field; prior experience in kidswear design is an advantage.
- Strong time management, ability to handle multiple collections and deadlines, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
