Job Description
FEA Engineer (ANSYS Workbench & LS-DYNA): 1. Perform structural, nonlinear, impact, drop test, and explicit energetic simulations using ANSYS Workbench and LS-DYNA to support product development and design validation activities. 2. Create and validate high-quality finite element models, including geometry cleanup, meshing, material definition, contact setup, boundary conditions, and load application for complex engineering components and assemblies. 3. Analyze and interpret simulation results such as stress, strain, deformation, acceleration, energy balance, and failure response, and provide design improvement recommendations. 4. Collaborate with design, testing,



and cross-functional engineering teams to correlate CAE results with physical test data and support product optimization for performance, durability, and safety requirements. 5. Prepare technical reports, simulation documentation, and customer presentations while ensuring adherence to engineering standards, quality processes, and project delivery timelines.
