- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring productive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee insurance sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective networking within the community.
- Recruit new agents and train them on life insurance products and sales techniques.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.
Tech in Computers).
- Proven track record of achieving targets in an agency channel environment.
