Job Description
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to handle both In-Office Sales and Field Sales activities across Pan India. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle both in-office sales activities and field sales operations across Pan India. 2. Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, OEMs and industrial clients. 3. Generate business through cold calling, emails, references and customer visits. 4. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong business relationships. 5. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures. 6. Promote and sell Hydraulic Gear Pumps and Transmission Pumps. 7. Explore new markets and business opportunities in different regions of India. 8. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. 9. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer requirements. 10. Prepare daily sales reports,



customer visit reports and sales forecasts. Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B and industrial sales.
- Knowledge of customer handling and business development.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel across India for customer visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email and CRM/ERP systems. Candidate Profile

35 Years preferred in Sales & Business Development.
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.
Tech / Graduate (Preferred).
- Industry

Experience:
Hydraulic, Automotive, Construction Equipment, Engineering or Industrial Products preferred.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel Pan India. Key Requirements
