Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
* Explain real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities to clients.
* Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.
* Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
* Maintain daily calling reports and update customer details in CRM.
* Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and site visit targets. Required Skills
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Good command of Hindi and basic English.
* Confident and qualified telephone communication.
* Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Previous experience in real estate telecalling or sales will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹20,000.00
