Role & responsibilities 1. MSIL-Extranet handling
- PO, DI/ NDI Schedule, order update, and customer requirements. 2. SAP knowledge such as Sales ledger register, Sales agreement, sales order etc. 3. Debit-Credit working quarter wise, customer wise. 4. Account receivable transaction, threshold limit, due dates monitoring. 5. Customer Rating follow-up and sustainability. 6. Sales agreement basis of new Purchase order. 7. Monitoring of daily dispatches as per lead time. 8. MIS data compilation for monthly meeting. 9. Valuable experience about sudden dispatch handling. 10. Initiate and ensure the Customer satisfaction level. 11. Team-building approach. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have the experience dealing with the MSIL and SAP
