We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Canada & LATAM Recruiter to join our recruitment team at Tekshapers Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Canada and LATAM requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures. Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Canada and LATAM recruitment markets.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
