- Immediate Joiners Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and corporate hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment vendors.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Maintain candidate records and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners, colleges, and consultants for bulk hiring requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.




- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and maintain hiring dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in recruitment events. Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or BPO Hiring.
