The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, proper stock management, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with other departments. Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily factory activities.
- Allocate duties to factory workers and monitor their performance.
- Maintain discipline and productivity among factory staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
- Identify and report operational issues to management.




- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials.
- Track stock consumption, wastage, and damaged items. Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in factory supervision, storekeeping, or related operations.
- Positive coordination and team management skills
- Responsible, punctual, and organised.
- Preferred Qualification Diploma or Degree or relevant experience in factory operations, logistics, or store management. Pay: ₹17,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
