Plating Shop Technician – Zinc, Nickel & Silver Plating Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Perform zinc, nickel, and silver plating operations.
- Prepare components through cleaning, degreasing, and surface treatment.
- Operate plating tanks and monitor chemical bath conditions.
- Maintain plating parameters such as temperature, voltage, and plating time.
- Perform loading and unloading of components on plating racks.
- Check plating thickness, coating quality, and surface finish.
- Identify defects such as peeling, stains, burning, and uneven coating.
- Maintain chemical handling safety and PPE requirements.
- Maintain plating process records and follow 5S practices.
- Ensure plating quality as per customer specifications. Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month Work
