Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute finishing works on high rise buildings, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to resolve problems and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during construction activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation and reporting. Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in finishing work for high rise buildings or similar projects.
- Any degree / btech ,Diploma holder in Civil Engineering (ITI).
- Robust understanding of civil engineering principles, particularly related to building construction methods.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment required for finishing work.
