We are seeking an energetic Soft Skills Trainer to help learners excel in communication, personality development and workplace readiness. The trainer will build confidence and employability skills that prepare candidates for interviews and professional careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive training on verbal and written communication, spoken English, presentation and public speaking.
- Conduct sessions on interview skills, group discussions, resume building, business etiquette and corporate grooming.
- Train learners in teamwork, time management, problem-solving, emotional intelligence and leadership.
- Run mock interviews, role plays, group activities and presentations to build practical confidence.
- Assess each learners communication level, then track and report their improvement.
- Design and update training modules, worksheets, assessments and activity plans.
- Provide one-on-one coaching for learners who need extra support.




- Coordinate with the placement and academic teams to align training with hiring needs. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; English, Communication, HR or Psychology preferred.
- 13+ years of experience as a Soft Skills, Communication or Corporate Trainer.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a neutral and clear accent.
- Solid presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Skills
- Certification in soft skills training, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or communication coaching.
- Experience training students or freshers for campus placements.
- Knowledge of Telugu for bilingual support.
