Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
Monitoring the work permits and other activities in campus to ensure safe working.
Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work.
Checking of firefighting and detection system to ensure the proper working.
Conducting Risk Analysis / Assessment and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk & hazard.
Conduct drills and exercises to test emergency response capabilities.
Conduct daily Plant Rounds and audits to identify and address Unsafe acts & Unsafe conditions.
Setting up the Safety Committee on regular intervals and ensuring the proper solutions based on MOM.
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct EHS induction programs for new employees and contractors.
Provide ongoing EHS training and education to enhance awareness and knowledge.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate EHS performance and identify areas for improvement.
Regulatory Liaison and Compliance Management by maintaining Legal Register (Factory Act, GFR, GPCB,etc.).
Inspection and Testing of lifting tools, Hoists, Pressure vessels and other equipments Like Power press to ensure the compliance and safe working. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and chemicals in accordance with environmental laws.
Monitor and manage environmental impact,



including waste disposal and pollution control.
Lead and drive the implementation of health and safety programs (LOTO).
Review all activities, processes, and operations to identify aspects (elements of an organization's activities, products, or services) that can interact with the environment or affect health and safety. These can be use of raw material,Waste generation, machinery risk, Noise & vibration.
Conduct a risk assessment to evaluate the severity and likelihood of each identified impact. In house monitoring of Noise and Lux on quaterly basis Workplace setting monitoring by competent person or external agency , Testing of Ambient air, drinking water by external agency Develop strategies and control measures to reduce or eliminate the negative impacts associated with environmental and safety aspects. Handling EMS (Environment Management System) related activities & projects .
PPE Management
- Selecting or Recommending the appropriate PPE based on the identified hazards (e.g., gloves, helmets, goggles, safety shoes).
Monthly objective and GAP analysis Update Pay: ₹25,000.00
