This internship provides practical exposure to customer query management, professional email handling, service coordination, and customer relationship support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through email and approved communication channels.
- Provide accurate, polite, and professional responses.
- Understand customer concerns and assist with appropriate information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Escalate complex requests to the appropriate team.
- Follow standard operating procedures and communication guidelines.
- Assist in preparing daily customer support reports. REQUIRED SKILLS
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet applications.




- Ability to draft clear and professional emails.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Patience and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Students or graduates from any academic background can apply.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or email platforms is beneficial.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers interested in customer support and communication operations are welcome.
