We are seeking an experienced Resident Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations, guest relations, and room inventory management. As a resident role, the candidate must stay on-site to ensure smooth 24/7 service delivery and uphold high hospitality standards. ​

Requirements:

Education:
Degree or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
- ​

Experience:
Minimum 10 years in front office operations within 3-star hotels, including leadership experience.
- ​Languages: Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (mandatory).
- ​

Skills:
Strong leadership, PMS proficiency, guest conflict resolution, and statutory compliance management. ​
