About the Company

- Eye Care: Comprehensive eye care services.
- Diagnostics: Advanced diagnostic and laboratory services. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and target-oriented Medical Representatives to join our growing team in Howrah.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals. 2. Promote the company's eye care and diagnostic services. 3. Develop and manage referral networks. 4. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. 5. Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics and doctors' chambers. 6. Follow up with healthcare professionals to develop long-term business relationships. 7. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. 8.



Submit regular field visit and performance reports. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Science or Life Science background preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Previous experience in medical sales or healthcare marketing will be an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits
