Job Description
JKRCS is looking for an experienced BIM Modeller – ELV to join our team at the Bengaluru client location. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ELV BIM models as per project requirements.
- Model ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Data & Networking, and Structured Cabling.
- Prepare detailed BIM models, layouts, drawings, and documentation.
- Work with LOD 300, LOD 350, and LOD 400 standards.
- Coordinate with MEP and other discipline teams.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and client requirements. Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.




- Knowledge of ELV systems and BIM modelling standards.
- Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills. Education Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
