Resolution of customer complaints. Capture consumer and market insights on pre-owned car business and communication to relevant stakeholders 3. Used/New Car Sales: Plan & execute resale volumes for All Brand Cars Implement Digital Strategy and initiatives to promote digital sales Ensure Proper Inventory management as per norms to drive increase in dealer profitability Timely Evaluation of Media Allocated cars for liquidation at best prices 4.
