Role Description The Owner role at The VisuaLab Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Owner is responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to final edited deliverable. This role includes supervising video editing workflows, setting creative direction, coordinating with team members or freelancers, and maintaining consistent quality standards. The Owner will handle budgeting, scheduling, and business development activities, including marketing outreach and networking to grow the client base. The position also involves strategic planning, reviewing performance metrics, and continuously improving services and processes.



Qualifications
- Strong experience in video editing, post-production workflows, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and related tools.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and deadline management.
- Business management capabilities, such as budgeting, basic accounting oversight, and operational planning.
- Client-facing skills, including clear communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Creative direction and content development abilities, with an eye for pacing, composition, and narrative structure.
- Experience leading or coordinating a small team or freelancers in a creative environment.
- Comfort with marketing and promotional activities, including social media presence and portfolio development.
- Ability to work in office in Rajkot and maintain a consistent full-time schedule.
- Prior experience in media production, filmmaking, or a similar creative field is strongly preferred.
