GRAPHIC DESIGNER Position - Graphic Designer Experience - 4
- 5 Years Budget- Up to 4.8 LPA Qualification - Any Graduate Gender - Both Male and Female Candidates Industry - Any Industry ROLE PURPOSE We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience to develop engaging visual content for the company's branding, marketing, and communication requirements. The candidate should have strong design skills, an eye for layout and typography, and hands-on experience with industry-standard graphic design and video-editing software. The role will involve creating high-quality graphics and visual assets, editing videos, and supporting creative requirements across digital and other marketing channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design &Creative; Development
- Create visually appealing designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, product promotions, and other marketing requirements.
- Design marketing collaterals, banners, brochures, product creatives, and other communication materials as required.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Prepare and adapt artwork in the required sizes and formats for different platforms.
- Ensure consistency in branding, colours, typography, and overall visual presentation. Image Editing & Product Creatives
- Edit, retouch, and enhance product images and other visual assets.
- Create and modify illustrations, layouts, and graphic elements as per project requirements.
- Use AI image-generation tools to support creative development and produce visual concepts where appropriate. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit promotional, product, and social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create visual effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.




- Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimized for the intended digital platforms. Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate with the marketing and concerned teams to understand design briefs and delivery timelines.
- Manage multiple design tasks and complete assigned work within agreed deadlines.
- Review designs and make revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain editable files, artwork, and final creative assets for future use. SOFTWARE SKILLS
- CorelDRAW Version 14 or above (as specified).
- Adobe Photoshop.
- Adobe Illustrator.
- Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Adobe After Effects.

Experience:
4
- 5 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and creative development.
- Strong command of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of AI image-creation tools and their use in creative workflows.
- Valuable understanding of design principles, colour combinations, typography, layouts, and visualcommunication.
- Ability to understand creative briefs, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
