The role involves managing marketing activities, customer relationships, product presentations, and sales development. 2.

Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Marketing & Promotion
- Promote and maintain the showroom's brand image and identity.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media promotions, including Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Create promotional content, product highlights, offers and showroom updates.
- Coordinate advertising, promotional events, exhibitions and product launches.
- Develop local marketing activities to attract current customers.
- Ensure proper branding, product displays, promotional materials and signage inside the showroom. B. Showroom Sales & Customer Management
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products professionally.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits and pricing.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. C. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate new sales enquiries through online and offline marketing.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and other relevant business partners, where applicable.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support promotional activities to increase sales and market reach. D. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily customer enquiry and lead records.
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track enquiry conversion rates and marketing performance.
- Maintain customer databases and follow-up schedules.
- Report customer feedback, market trends and competitor activities to management. 3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Monthly showroom sales targets.
- Number of new customer enquiries generated.
- Enquiry-to-sales conversion ratio.
- Showroom customer footfall.
- New customer and business partner acquisition.
- Social media engagement and marketing reach.
- Follow-up efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Brand visibility and promotional effectiveness. 4. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree, Pre-degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Sales preferred.
- Experience in showroom sales, brand marketing or retail marketing preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Social media handling, influencer attitude is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotions.
- Ability to handle customers and close sales.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer skills, MS Office and CRM knowledge.
- Creative thinking and a target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage. 5. Personal Attributes
