Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Executive who can handle franchise enquiries, communicate with potential investors, follow up with leads and convert interested prospects into franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and handle incoming franchise enquiries and leads.
- Explain our cafe franchise business model and investment opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested investors through calls and WhatsApp.
- Share franchise brochures, business details and investment plans.
- Identify responsible investors and convert leads into franchise deals.
- Schedule meetings with potential franchise partners.
- Maintain daily calling reports and lead follow-up records.




- Achieve monthly sales and franchise conversion targets. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi and basic English.
- Ability to handle potential investors professionally.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM. Salary & Benefits
