ZynnexAI builds voice AI infrastructure for modern banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) institutions. Our flagship product, TARS, is an in-app AI relationship manager that lives inside a bank's or lender's own app, stays with the user on-screen through KYC, loan, credit card, and insurance journeys, and speaks the user's language. When users drop off mid-process, TARS re-engages them through outbound calls to complete the journey. TARS also powers voice AI agents for debt collection and borrower engagement, enabling compliant, scalable, and multilingual conversations across financial workflows. Role Description This is a founding engineering role. There's no team to wait on: you'll own the core TARS stack end to end and work daily with the founder in Bengaluru. Your work will ship to real bank users in weeks, not quarters. What you'll own
• The in-app SDK (Android, iOS, and web) that embeds the TARS voice agent inside client apps.
• The real-time voice pipeline,

from speech input to spoken response.
• The agent's brain: screen-context integration, prompt design, and LLM orchestration.
• The outbound calling engine, along with telephony and CRM integrations. What we're looking for
• No artificial years bar. Show us what you've built. Most people in this role have around 2–4 years of shipping production software.
• Strong Python, with hands-on experience in LLM APIs, RAG, or voice stacks (STT/TTS).
• Comfort owning everything: backend, APIs, deployment, and infrastructure.
• Bonus: Indian-language speech data, telephony (SIP/WebRTC), or Android/iOS SDK development. Why join?
• High Ownership and a outstanding platform for growth
-
• Competitive compensation, based on experience, plus founding an ESOP.
