TASC Outsourcing, 2nd Floor, Aurbis, Concord Building, Richmond Road, Shanthala Nagar, Richmond Town, Bengaluru – 560025 Walk-In Dates: 2nd November to 13th November Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Contact: Rhea / Krisen Please note: Interviews will be conducted only on working days. Kindly avoid Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Eligibility:
- Minimum 4+ years of core recruitment experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Robust sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Experience in volume and/or niche hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Target-driven and process-oriented approach
- Good ATS and reporting discipline

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Build strong candidate pipelines
- Drive closures while maintaining quality
- Maintain accurate ATS updates and reports
- Manage candidate and stakeholder relationships
