End-to-end recruitment experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Skin Care & Beauty. Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle pressure in a fast-paced RPO workplace. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Expertise in MIS reporting, recruitment trackers, and data management. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
