Job Description
1. Handle day-to-day robotic welding production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. 2. Solid knowledge of welding processes, welding parameters, fixtures, and robotic welding operations in fabrication and heavy fabrication industries. 3. Good hands-on knowledge of robot programming, troubleshooting, and operation of ABB / Yaskawa / CRP welding robots. 4. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to improve productivity, reduce rejection, and minimize machine downtime. 5. Monitor manpower allocation, production performance, cycle time, and welding quality while ensuring safety and continuous process improvement. Key Skills Required: Robotic welding programming and operations. Strong welding process knowledge. Fabrication and heavy fabrication industry experience. Welding fixture and process knowledge. Production planning and team handling.
