- Proven experience building and running content calendars.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram/Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, X/YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics) and ability to turn data into insights.
- Hands-on skill in short-form video and design tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, Adobe Express).
- Excellent written communication and an eye for visual storytelling. Ability to work quickly and independently at live events.
