- 3–5 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Ledger / Financial Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in month-end closing and journal entries.
- Experience in balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ERP systems.
- Exposure to SOX controls and audit processes.
- Experience in Shared Services or multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of intercompany accounting and fixed assets.
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent accounting qualification (completed or pursuing). Key Competencies
