Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, development, configuration and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, C#, .
NET and JavaScript. The candidate should have experience working on enterprise CRM implementations, custom development, API integrations, workflow automation and production support. 2.

Key Responsibilities
A. Dynamics 365 CRM Development & Customization
- Develop, customize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Configure CRM entities, tables, forms, views, dashboards and business rules.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions and business process flows.
- Implement JavaScript and TypeScript customizations for CRM forms and client-side functionality.
- Develop reusable components and custom business logic.
- Customize Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements. B. Dataverse & Power Platform
- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and application development.
- Develop applications using Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps).
- Build automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop custom connectors and integrate Power Platform with external systems.
- Implement Power Pages and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls where required.
- Configure security roles, business units, teams and record-level access. C. Plugin & .
NET Development
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins using C# and .
NET.




- Implement custom workflow activities and custom APIs.
- Develop server-side business logic and validation mechanisms.
- Work with asynchronous and synchronous plugin execution.
- Debug, troubleshoot and optimize plugin performance.
- Follow Dynamics 365 development best practices and Microsoft guidelines. D. Integration & API Development
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external enterprise applications.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and Dynamics 365 Web APIs.
- Work with JSON, OData and authentication mechanisms.
- Integrate CRM with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus.
- Implement secure data exchange and third-party application integrations.
- Handle data synchronization, error management and integration monitoring. E. CRM Data Migration & Deployment
- Support CRM data migration, data transformation and validation.
- Work with Data Import Wizard, KingswaySoft, SSIS or equivalent ETL tools.
- Manage Dynamics 365 solutions, including managed and unmanaged solutions.
- Perform solution deployment across Development, Testing, UAT and Production environments.
- Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support version control, release management and deployment activities. F. Testing & Production Support
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot CRM application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide production support and implement bug fixes.
- Monitor integrations, workflows and plugin execution.
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment records.




- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. 3. Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong programming experience in C# and .

- Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows and custom APIs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Robust understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Web API, JSON and OData.
- Experience with CRM customization, configuration and integration.
- Knowledge of Azure services and application security.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. 4. Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Service.

- 5+ years of overall Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.
- Experience delivering enterprise CRM solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
