Job Title: Barista Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Description
To ensure exceptional coffee preparation, beverage consistency, and smooth functioning of the coffee station while delivering an outstanding guest experience and supporting overall café operations. The candidate should be flexible and willing to perform both barista and guest service responsibilities, including taking and serving orders whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coffee Operations
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, cold coffees, teas, and other café drinks as per brand standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Calibrate grinders and monitor espresso extraction daily.
- Execute basic latte art and maintain beverage presentation standards.
- Support food plating and quick service operations when required. 2. Equipment Handling & Maintenance
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment.
- Report technical faults or maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the coffee station at all times. 3. Customer Service & Order Management
- Engage warmly with guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Take guest orders at the table or counter whenever required.
- Serve beverages and food orders to guests whenever required.
- Recommend beverages and menu items confidently.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Maintain an energetic, friendly, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and courteous service. 4. Team Support & Café Operations
- Train and guide junior baristas and café staff.




- Assist during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for efficient order execution.
- Support counter billing and POS operations when needed.
- Be flexible in handling multiple responsibilities across the café, including beverage preparation, order taking, and guest service. 5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, disposables, and café supplies.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage practices.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory reporting. Skills & Requirements Qualification
- Graduate or 10+2. Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in café operations or as a Barista. Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction.
- Passion for specialty coffee and café culture.
- Basic to intermediate latte art skills.
- Speed, consistency, and multitasking ability.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- POS handling knowledge.
- Ability to take and serve orders confidently.
- Team-oriented attitude and operational discipline. Preferred Attributes
