– E-commerce Operations Intern Position: E-commerce Operations Intern Internship Duration: 6 Months (Potential full-time conversion based on performance) Stipend: ₹25,000 CTC per Month

Thane, Maharashtra Work Mode: Hybrid (5 Days Office + 1 Day Work From Home) Job Overview We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic E-commerce Operations Intern to support our online marketplace operations and e-commerce growth initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing multiple international e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, Shopify. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in e-commerce, strong analytical abilities, good coordination skills, and a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Manage marketplace catalogues, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other product attributes.
• Monitor and maintain product detail pages to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product creatives, banners, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and upload marketplace promotions, coupons, deals, and special offers.
• Monitor day-to-day marketplace operations and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.
• Track product performance, inventory updates, pricing, and listing health across platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze key metrics, and share actionable insights.




• Support marketplace advertising and promotional activities.
• Handle daily operational tasks to contribute to the overall growth and smooth functioning of various e-commerce platforms.
• Identify listing issues and recommend improvements to enhance product content, visibility, and conversion rates. Candidate Requirements
• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling.
• Strong interest in marketplace operations and e-commerce business management.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with data, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and marketplace platforms. Preferred Qualities
