About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, LinkedIn Recruitment, and HR Operations while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Resposbilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking strategies.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Connect and engage with professionals on LinkedIn to support hiring initiatives.
- Create and publish job posts on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding activities and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.



Qualification 1.
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 2.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3.
Active LinkedIn profile and interest in recruitment and networking 4.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and job portals 5.
Good organizational and time-management skills 6.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 7.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition 1.
