Ensure accurate documentation, analysis, and presentation of experimental results while contributing to product development, quality improvement, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. ### Responsibilities
- Work on R&D; projects. New formulation development, optimization, statistical analysis, performance testing and scale-up.
- Work on Application development projects as per Customer requirement to support Industrial solutions business.
- Analysis and interpretation of experimental results.
- Analysis and qualification of alternate raw materials to support product localization, mitigate single-source risks, and manage supplier Force Majeure events.
- Maintenance, Calibration and operation of laboratory equipments.
- Scale-up and testing of recent formulation or existing products in Pilot line.
- Prepare work instruction, standard operating procedures, calibration reports and analysis reports to comply with quality management system, ISO 9PHONE_NUMBER.




- Accountable for the timely completion of R&D; and Application development projects.
- Must maintain detailed records of research activities. This includes both laboratory e-notebook as well as Technical Memoranda.
- Must maintain and safeguard confidential and trade secret information regarding products, processes, and techniques.
- Participation in symposia and lecture events
- Lectures at internal and external scientific events ### Qualifications
- B.
Tech. in Chemical Engineering or M.
Sc. in Chemistry/Materials Science or Ph.
D. in Chemistry/Materials Science is strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in surface finishing Industry.
- Experience in the field of electroplating technology is desirable. ### Competencies
