The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) Develop and maintain Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) portals and experiences Work with Service Operations Workspace (SOW) to enhance agent productivity Create and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues,
