We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to drive life insurance sales through virtual channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, customer relationship management, and sales, with strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers through calls and virtual communication channels.
- Generate leads and promote life insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.




- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in life insurance or BFSI will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
