- We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our Enterprise Business team in Delhi NCR. The role will primarily involve working on customer-provided artwork, adapting designs to production requirements, and creating print-ready files across multiple product categories.
- The designer will work closely with the Sales, CST and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into executable artwork. ### Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on artwork/files shared by corporate customers and make them production-ready.
- Convert customer presentations, PPTs, PDFs and reference files into printable artwork.
- Create and adapt designs for:
- Signage and event branding
- Backdrops, standees, banners and displays
- Corporate stationery and print collateral
- Packaging
- Apparel and merchandise branding
- Corporate gifting orders
- Resize and adapt artwork across different formats, dimensions and substrates.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, margins, resolution, colour mode and specifications.
- Check customer artwork for quality, fonts, images, colours and production feasibility.
- Create mock-ups/proofs for customer approval wherever required.
- Coordinate with the Sales/CST team to understand customer requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with Production/Vendor teams for technical artwork requirements.




- Manage multiple customer jobs simultaneously and deliver files within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accuracy in branding guidelines, logos, colours and customer specifications.
- Make artwork corrections and revisions based on customer feedback. ### Required Skills
- Robust working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop and Acrobat.
- Good understanding of print production and pre-press processes.
- Ability to work with PPT, PDF, AI, CDR, EPS and other common artwork formats.
- Understanding of CMYK/RGB, resolution, bleed, cut lines, fonts and colour matching.
- Good eye for layout, typography and visual presentation.
- Ability to understand dimensions and create artwork for large-format signage and branding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify artwork-related production issues. ### Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design / pre-press / print production.
- Experience with a printing company, signage company, branding agency, corporate gifting company or B2B print environment will be preferred.
- Experience handling corporate customer artwork and production files will be an advantage. ### What We Are Looking For
