- Experience in quality audits,RCA,and process improvement Job Summary The Billing Centre QA at PwCs will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of client billing processes within the Global Delivery Services (GDS) environment. This position focuses on auditing billing transactions, ensuring adherence to engagement terms, and supporting high-quality financial operations aligned with PwCs global standards. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed audits of client invoices, time & expense billing, and adjustments.
- Validate billing accuracy against engagement contracts, rate cards, and SOWs.
- Ensure compliance with PwCs global billing policies and financial controls.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
- Identify compliance risks and escalate discrepancies proactively.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for billing discrepancies and revenue leakage.
- Track quality metrics, defect trends, and audit findings.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Engagement Teams, Finance Controllers, and Operations teams.
- Provide actionable feedback to billing analysts and process teams.




- Liaise with onshore stakeholders for clarifications and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.
- Support automation initiatives and process standardization.
- Contribute to SOP documentation and continuous improvement programs.
- Conduct calibration sessions with billing teams to ensure consistency.
- Assist in training current hires on PwC billing standards and quality frameworks.
- Drive quality awareness initiatives across teams. Requirements
- Strong experience in billing QA / invoicing / financial operations.
- Knowledge of time & expense billing, revenue recognition basics.
- Experience in quality audits, RCA, and process improvement.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, Lookups, Data Analysis).
- Robust understanding of SLA/KPI tracking and reporting.
- Experience in Big4 / professional services environment (preferred).
- Exposure to tools like SAP / Oracle / Workday Financials.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance / internal audit frameworks.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI / SQL for reporting. Work Arrangements
