• Candidates must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following: o Road / Highway Projects o Tunnel Projects o Land Development Projects o Commercial Projects o Residential Projects o Industrial / Infrastructure Projects ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead complete project execution from mobilization to final handover
• Manage site operations, planning, resources, subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure project completion within timeline, quality and budget
• Coordinate with clients, consultants,



architects, PMC and government authorities
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions for delays
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and contract documents
• Manage procurement, manpower, machinery and material requirements
• Monitor billing, variations, project costs and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory and environmental requirements
• Lead project review meetings and prepare MIS/project reports
